Pre-order products may depict a manufacturer's product sample; the final released product may have slight color or pattern differences. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary from country to country and are subject to change. We recommends that every customer contact their customs office for further information before placing an order.
Furthermore, We are not liable for any additional charges incurred due to customers refusing to pay customs duties. Pro:Direct will therefore charge any fees incurred if the recipient refuses to pay the fee imposed by customs.
RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
Please note that not all of our products can be shipped to all destinations. This may be due to brand restrictions or a limitation of the material or product itself. For more information, please see our FAQ section.
AVAILABILITY
We makes every effort to display availability as accurately as possible. If we are unable to supply the requested goods, we will endeavour to assist you in finding a suitable alternative with which you are happy. However, any difference may be payable. If you do not require an alternative product, we will immediately cancel the order and any outstanding transactions. Please note that it may take several days for funds to be refunded to your account.
Some items are subject to limited availability. In some cases, we may need to limit the quantity per customer to ensure as many customers as possible can receive one.
CANCELLATION
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 consecutive days from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase agreement with us.
If you wish to cancel, we require your written notification by email or post. This can be done before you receive the item, or you can enclose the form with your returned item.
If goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return postage or return postage if the courier has not yet delivered.
Cancelled non-personalised items must be returned to us in a resalable condition, unused and in their original packaging. When returning them, please protect the product packaging by using additional outer packaging for the return shipment.
We regret that we are unable to cancel orders for personalised items if the personalisation process has already begun.
GOODS LOST DURING SHIPPING
Your delivery date will be displayed in your shopping cart during checkout. Please note that these are estimated and not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays due to customs and distance.
If you do not receive your package within the delivery time specified in your shopping cart, please log in to "My Account" and track your package in "My Orders."
Please note that if your package was sent via a standard delivery service (postal service), couriers will not begin investigating until 25 business days (or longer for remote destinations) have passed since the dispatch date.
We require up to 10 business days to track any lost packages and may request additional information and documentation to support this investigation.
For all other deliveries (DPD and DHL), please contact customer service, as these can be investigated immediately.
We accepts no liability for lost or misplaced packages after delivery has been confirmed.
RETURN POLICY
You may return any unwanted item within 28 days of receipt for a refund. However, returned items must be in their original condition , including all packaging. For example, shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, tags attached, and in new condition ( not used outdoors or on an abrasive surface ).
If you wish to return goods, please ensure that the item is adequately packaged, complete the returns form on the dispatch note and, if necessary, include a short note with the package to explain the return.
Simply select the "Return" option displayed in the "Order History" section of the "My Account" pages when placing your order . Please select one of the available options and pay for transport in the Returns Portal. You remain responsible for returned items while they are in transit and until the items have been confirmed as safely received and inspected by us. Once you have completed the return, you will be provided with a receipt. If you have any questions about your return, you will need to provide this receipt, which will then be authenticated with the courier. If you do not provide a receipt, we will not be able to process your return.
If you choose our returns service to return your items to us, please allow up to 4 weeks from the time you hand over your parcel to our courier until we process your return.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs unless the item is deemed faulty or you have received the wrong item.
You will receive an automated email when your return is complete. Please check your inbox.
Faulty Items - If you wish to return your order due to a manufacturing defect, please first send some pictures of the damage to our customer service team. We will see if we can process your request without receiving the item back. Please note that we cannot always process returns for faulty goods based solely on pictures.
All goods are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods are deemed damaged or tampered with, and do not conform to normal use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
